Girls' First Day!

A few days after Xander started first grade, Grace and Greta started PreK. They are going Mon-Thurs half days at the church we attend. I was a little nervous about sending them but they seem to be doing great! They had been telling me they were scared to go to school, that they needed "all their girls" to go with them (their girls are their little friends of my Mommy friends) and they wanted to go to Xander's school. They told me they were going to cry. They did not cry and their teacher says they have been happy and active every day! I think the half day option has really been a better fit for them than full time Mon-Fri would have been. The half days wear them out so much that I'd hate to see them after full days.

Here's the girls ready to go on their first day! Greta was in the mood to pose and be cute and cooperative but Grace was not so she would only give goofy faces. I think I remember she was mad about something. What? I'm not sure. I think it was something silly like she wanted to go to Xander's school, or to take all her Barbie's to school, or something like that.
