Sweet Moment With Xander

On the way home from taekwondo, Xander and I had a sweet little conversation. He said, "You're the best Mommy." Then, he said, "Sometimes when I get really angry I might say that you're the worst Mommy...but that's not true. It's just because I'm angry and I sometimes want to say bad things if I'm angry but it's not true." It may not sound so sweet to you all, but it was really sweet to me. He's been having issues with getting really angry about little things so we've been trying to get him to talk through his feelings more. Then, he went on to say it was like he had a good guy and a bad guy in his head and they would fight about what to say if he was angry and sometimes the bad guy would win but he always wants to be good. Then, he got all weird like he does talking about how he's going to invent superhero powers to make himself always have the good guy win...and it went on and on...
